Audio at factors of 44100hz is slightly off. All other frequencies are way off and block the "preview" function.

Sorry that doesn't really make sense to me.

What does "slightly off" mean? What do you mean by "block the preview function"?

As mentioned on the site creation page, the accepted WAV formats are:

"WAV files (PCM with 11khz, 22khz and 44khz sample rates)"

If you're talking about frequencies other than that, it's "working as intended" for now.

-By "slightly off" I meant the audio is played slightly more slowly (affecting both tempo and pitch). This could be a rounding error somehow (11khz is actually supposed to be 11025hz)?

-When you're making a site and you click the "preview" button, the preview will not load if your audio is not 11hkz, 22khz, or 44khz. However, you can still "publish" the site.

-There are quite a few top rated classic style sites that do not use 11hkz, 22khz, or 44khz. They worked fine in YTMND 1.0. Sure it's the site maker's fault for not following the rules, but all fans of YTMND suffer.

  • Target version changed from YTMND 2.1 to YTMND Future
  • Estimated time set to 80.00

Preview should work on DEV now.

Changing this to YTMND Future, I think the issue is only for WAV files at non-standard bitrates. With older YTMNDs we generated resampled versions at proper bitrates but only in SWF format, this needs to be changed to generate OGG/MP3/WAV instead of just SWF.
